Premier League Productions (PLP) are proud to be the production arm for what is widely considered to be the greatest football league in the world. Globally, Premier League is broadcast in 188 countries and available to watch in 880 million homes.  Our wide array of deliverables include; live matches, digital content, studio and magazine programming, all delivered across multiple platforms. This could be your opportunity to play a key part in our Distribution team, who play a vital role in ensuring broadcasters around the globe, are able to access all of our content.


We are looking for a dynamic, energetic Distribution Co-ordinator, who will play a vital role in helping us deliver the “best-in-class’ service” our broadcasters rely on. Reporting to the Distribution Manager, you will ideally have experience in servicing customers and have a keen interest in broadcast content delivery.


Knowledge and experience of planning resource allocation or technical knowledge of broadcast transmission and distribution- satellite, fibre and IP is advantageous but not essential. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities  


  • To be part of a dynamic and customer orientated Distribution team, who are responsible for the acquisition of content from Premier League stadiums, as well as the global delivery of PLP content via a combination of satellite, fibre and IP.


  • Work in close collaboration with our suppliers to ensure we deliver a ‘best-in-class service on a consistent basis. Which includes, coordinating and booking services to deliver a variety of content including: live match feeds, magazine shows and supplementary programming.


  • Ensure that both broadcasters and suppliers are kept up to date with all relevant information in relation to our distribution schedule.


  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of all content according to internal and broadcasters’ request.


  • Provide a live Helpdesk Service to broadcasters on a match-day, which entails;


  • Providing broadcasters with support and responding to match day related queries


  • Pro-actively updating relevant parties of any changes


  • Trouble shooting technical delivery issues


  • Liaising and ensuring there is clear communication with our suppliers


  • Co-ordination of all match days feeds


  • Completing match day reports


  • Demonstrate a collegiate and collaborative approach with all departments within PLP is vital.



Required Knowledge and Experience 


  • Experience of working with and servicing customers/clients


  • Demonstrate a calm and methodical approach to problem solving when under pressure


  • Strong administrative, organizational and communication skills


  • Computer literate – Microsoft Office


  • Excellent attention to detail


  • Pro-active can-do approach



Working Conditions 

  • This is a permanent full-time position based at Stockley Park, Uxbridge


  • Working hours are an average of 40 hours a week. Evening and weekend working is a requirement as part of a shift rotation.


  • Occasional travel and weekend work may be required


  • Free onsite parking
