Renegade Pictures are looking for a Showrunner for a new series and would be very grateful for your help!
We’re developing a pilot for Smithsonian, for a factual series called ‘The Layover’ w/t, which will follow a cast of flight attendants on their layover adventures in between international flights. The pilot ep is currently set for Costa Rica, with the shoot likely scheduled for October/November (avoiding hurricane season in September).
We are looking for US-based showrunners or series producers only, ideally with some experience in travel and/or adventure, and are actively seeking individuals from diverse backgrounds and underrepresented groups with a view to increasing our off-screen diversity.
We’d be keen to get someone on board from late August / early September through to the end of the year (dates and contract length tbc).
