This position is for a Production Co-ordinator focused on commissioned content delivery.

Working in a small team across MTV, BET and Comedy Central International commissioning.

The Production Co-ordinator will support all departmental workflows, keeping across delivery and production schedules, liaising regularly with internal departments & third parties, supporting the production manager with paperwork.

Working across pre-production planning, organization and related production set up for in house shoots as and when required.



  • Coordinate and communicate all ViacomCBS Networks International commissions from end-to-end production.
  • Support production companies to streamline delivery for various content streams such as linear, short form digital & podcasts.
  • Update of internal and client facing paperwork including trackers, department templates & commissioning paperwork and production guidelines
  • Agility to support multiple productions on a broadcast level
  • Assist team in all internal production set up required (Health & Safety checks, financial checks, raising PO’s, Title checks, Insurance documentation etc)
  • Working with Accounts Payable, ensure that both internal & external suppliers, freelancers and casual employees are paid correctly & promptly.
  • From time to time oversee all production elements for inhouse productions
  • Run finance reports to sensor check quarterly cashflow.
  • Schedule departmental meetings + draft agendas
  • Assist production team with Ad Hoc requests
  • Ensure that all deliverable requirements are completed for productions, keeping track of final production paperwork such as contracts, release forms and other documents as required.
  • Oversee the production secretary role, supporting when required.


  • TV/ production / broadcaster / operational experience required at production co-ordinator.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills

  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office, and the aptitude to learn new software packages where required
  • Experience of maintaining office systems and following administrative procedures
  • Handle confidential information with tact and sensitivity
  • Able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Flexible and able to adapt to the changing needs of ViacomCBS and the brands.



  • Experience of keeping accurate budgetary records/cost managers + reconciling
  • Experience creating Purchase Orders, Financial Requests, and processing vendor invoices
  • Can create and maintain schedules for various projects
  • Experience of shoot prep and admin
  • Previous knowledge SAP, or similar finance system, preferred
  • Experience using productivity tools such as Asana preferable but not essential
  • Experience preparing risk assessments and working in a COVID environment
