T H E  R O L E: Management Assistant 


J O B   D E S C R I P T I O N

CTVC is looking for a confident, efficient and self-motivated Management Assistant to support the CEO and a growing independent production house. This is a key role within the organisation, which includes assisting the CEO with operational and administrative support whilst also ensuring the company and office always runs smoothly and efficiently.


PA to CEO 

  • Prepare Board reports and other documentation 
  • Manage diary / organise meetings and travel etc 
  • Organise company social events and conferences 
  • Collate and file expenses
  • Assist with locating and securing a new office 


Creative tasks 

  • Work across all departments 
  • Design and implement (fun and interesting) staff training on diversity and religion 


Office Manager 

    • Manage databases and filing systems
    • Implement and maintain procedures/administrative systems including IT and HR
    • Liaise with staff, suppliers and clients
    • Manage Health and Safety procedures and documentation
    • Coordinate on-boarding and arranging training for new starters
    • Use your creative edge to ensure our (new) office is the best possible environment for all the team
    • Be our internal voice and main point of contact for all internal communications and social event

This is not an entry level position; the role will rely heavily on your past experience in business administration alongside a keen interest in the creative side of the media industry. 


  • Outstanding organisational skills, with a flexible approach to working
  • 2-3 years of experience in office management or office administration
  • Strong writing and literacy skills as part of the role is working on official documents and board reports 
  • A service first mentality, i.e. you enjoy supporting and helping others and take pride in getting stuff done for others
  • Excellent attention to detail and an ability to produce beautifully formatted document
  • Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines, i.e. you are able to manage and plan your workload to meet multiple deadlines
  • Able to build strong relationships with the teams, i.e. you are the go-to person when they need support or help
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Professional and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to be agile in an ever-changing environment


We are offering a competitive salary and 33 days holiday incl. bank holidays (pro rata). CTVC is currently operating a hybrid working arrangement, normal working hours are 09:30 – 18:00 Monday to Friday (although flexibility will be required).
