Role

We are seeking a talented Production Assistant with experience within either post-production or production. The role will support our existing team on all things pre-production and post-production. You don’t need a lot of experience, but you must be enthusiastic and willing to learn.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support with documentation for all aspects of production on all live jobs including PPM decks, call-sheets, cash reconciliations, and delivery of assets to clients and post meetings.

  • Liaise with freelance crew.

  • Take minutes in meetings.

  • Ensures internal department workflow and tracking documents are kept up to date.

  • Managing production accounts and expenses.

  • Be the point of call for all shoots and have an understanding of the environment and schedule.

  • Support the studio team to ensure that it is always fully stocked and presentable.

  • Wrap jobs.

  • Office management.

  • Diary management.

Requirements

  • 1+ year’s experience in production or post production.

  • Experience using gdrive, especially google sheets.

  • A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

  • Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills.

  • An enthusiasm for the industry.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • You must be punctual.

  • You must understand the importance of taking detailed notes and recording expenditure accurately.

  • You should be flexible and well organised, and be able to think on your feet.

  • You should be level headed, and able to work calmly and effectively under pressure.

  • You must be able to contribute to good working relationships, and to create a positive atmosphere for the rest of the team.
