Producer / Production Coordinator
NEEDaFIXER, multi-national critically acclaimed video production services company is looking into bolstering their Video Production Departments. We are looking into hiring an experienced Producer/Production Coordinator to be responsible for the planning, implementation, managing and running all the steps of a production from start to completion, including client communication, budgeting, coordination remote and on location, reporting and negotiations.


Job Responsibilities 

•             Produce content for corporate videos, branded films, commercials, feature films, stills shoots, documentaries and TV shows.

•             Budget, allocate resources and set deadlines.

•             Work independently, as well as part of a team, to establish project deliverables.

•             Collaborate closely with clients to help facilitate the creation of multimedia content.

•             Plan video shoots; scout, select and reserve shoot locations.

•             Develop production schedules, call sheets, production reports, insurance paperwork, cast and crew lists and work permits.

•             Select and hire additional crew and talent; make transportation arrangements for crew, talent and equipment; and ensure all location needs are met.

•             Reserve and rent equipment.

•             Supervise PAs and assistant production coordinators.

•             Act as a production’s point of contact with hired crew.


Work Hours & Benefits


Due to the multinational character of the group, you may be required to work unsocial hours and direct reporting to the CEO of the group might occur on a daily basis without prior notice. Looking for people who are interested in working on international projects with emphasis in Europe. You will be working from your own office or base. Normal working hours are 08.30 to 17.30 UK Time, one hour break included. Benefits of the position include:
