Receptionist role – in any one of our 3 sites

Full time (40 hours per week)


This is a crucial role as part of the Front of House team assisting Clear Cut’s clients and peers. It is necessary to be presentable, personable and approachable. Demonstrable communication and organisation skills are essential.


Key Responsibilities

 To hold responsibility for greeting clients and ensuring that everyone’s first impression of Clear Cut is a good one.
 To answer all telephone calls in a timely and professional manner and direct calls through to the appropriate member of staff or client or taking clear and precise messages.
 To provide Clear Cuts clients with the appropriate information or direct them to staff who may be able to give them the correct information.
 Ensure all visitors sign in and out of the building.
 To maintain self-motivation to avoid any periods of idleness.
 To build a strong relationship with the Post Producers in order to effectively serve clients in an organised and timely manner.
 To hold responsibility for maintaining the standard of conduct involving interaction with clients and peers.
 To ensure that all administration documentation given is kept accurate and up to date at all times.
 To keep communicating to the Facilities Manager throughout the day. Including alerting the Facilities Manager to any problems encountered or delays to the daily schedule.
 To complete any administration duties given in a timely manner and to the best of your ability. To include Movers & Shakers, staff locations and suite availability.
 Weekly fire alarm testing.
 Daily Petty cash & Client IOU’s.
 Organise and book transport for clients and staff.
 Daily jobs sheets for in house talent
 New Client orientation packs .
 Monthly Stationary checks.
 General dispatch and library duties.
 Maintain and clean and tidy reception.


Technical Qualifications & Experience

 Relevant experience and a passion for Post production industry.
