We are an exciting company working in the highest level of feature film and behind-the-scenes.
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to work across production, post-production and other projects in various stages of development.
Following an introductory period, this position should ideally become permanent as we have several high-profile projects booked for next two years.
The role is hugely varied and is perfect if you’re looking to develop your skills across the board.
We’re looking for a passionate and motivated self-starter who has experience in production and post-production. We’re a close-knit team, so we are looking for someone who is ready to get stuck in.
Attention to detail, excellent organization, initiative, and strong communication are essential.

We do work with international clients and produce shoots across many different time zones.

Therefore our team functions best when team members are available and willing to respond to time-sensitive client requests during non-regular working hours.

The following is an indication of role responsibilities and the skills that would be needed:
Production Co-Ordinator: Organizing small to large-scale interviews and shoots, liaising with studios, sourcing and hiring high level production crew, hiring necessary equipment, managing budgets and schedules, diary management, and booking meetings, travel, accommodation and other appointments as necessary.

Post-Production Co-Ordinator: Sourcing and scheduling high level editorial crew and post- production staff, managing relationships with post-houses, ensuring delivery is achieved on budget and by deadline, obtain, complete and file legal paperwork, and create and deliver shot lists, music lists and cue sheets.
As we are a small company the role does include some office management responsibilities.


Essential skills: experience in documentary and shoot co-ordination, experience in post-production co-ordination of documentary (short-form and long-form)
The successful candidate will have experience in all of the above – in addition to attention to detail, excellent organization, initiative, strong communication skills, trouble shooting, positive attitude, office skills, used to dealing with high-level clients in a professional manner, flexible, and work well with others.
This is a full-time position based in Borough Market, Central London. Travel and flexibility are essential. Salary is based on experience and very competitive.
The company is small but will be growing – and the successful candidate could eventually have the opportunity to grow into either a creative producer role, a production manager or development executive.
