• Reporting to Head of Production and first point of contact for coordinators.
• Day to day queries across ViacomCBS Networks International commissioning team, support / guidance including, but
not limited to, operational and production processes from conception to delivery of content for various platforms
across TV, digital short/mid form, podcasts.
• Collaborating with third party production companies to meet tight deadlines for producing & delivering content whilst
balancing internal business requirements
• Agility to oversee multiple productions on a broadcast level
• Keep cost manager’s up-to-date and accurate and report month end figures and current spend
• Create internal content budgets various platforms and analyse external budgets
• Freelance / vendor rate negotiations
• To ensure that all internal paperwork required is completed for throughout production (Commission Spec sign off,
Health & Safety checks, Financial checks, P/O’s)
• Vendor selection & set-up, purchase order accruals and payments
• Update regularly the department’s administrative spreadsheets and production management bible.
• Cost reporting [internal and external]
• Running production kick offs with internal & external teams
• From time to time set up and manage internal shoots.
• To be across any new industry advances and best practices, Implementing new production workflows when new
systems or initiatives and put in place.


• Extensive experience with all aspects of programme production, which includes: all types of genres, studios and
location, single / multi-camera, post production, including editing, graphics, shooting and crews.
• Experience in managing both fast turnaround and longer production timelines. Forecasting and managing workloads.
• Commercially focused, with the ability to act as a business partner with third party production companies and various
internal departments
• Experience of managing a small production management team
• Experience of budget creation, execution and management
• Complex problem solving
• Advanced excel skills, Highly numerate
• Organised and planned approach to work
• Strong communications, email/verbal
• Excellent attention to detail
