Main Purpose of Job: Ownership of the Tennis Operations workflow through IMG Studios
Reports To: Live Operations Manager

Hours of Work: Average of 40 per week

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
* To ensure the smooth running and high quality of service for all Tennis operations
* Ownership of the Tennis Operations with IMG Studios
* The management of relevant freelance staff, including MCR ops and Engineers
* To be the point of reference for Tennis Operations
* Advising on correct staffing levels in line with Tennis events
* Work closely with the Live Operations manager to ensure the smooth running of the Tennis operations
* Liaise closely with the Production Services Manager to ensure the client is supported, pre, during and post events
* Ensure that Tennis Operations facilities meet client requirements and expectations
* Highlight potential issues and offer solutions to provide the required services
* Ensure all interested parties are fully informed regarding an issues that arise with the Tennis Operations and suggest steps to prevent re-occurrence.
* Create a daily log of events and report to all interested parties
* Ensure that there is sufficient knowledge and skill base available throughout the Tennis Operations team
* Document and communicate technical and operational procedures
* Document and communicate operational issues
* To be an approachable and highly knowledge point of reference for all aspects of the Tennis Operations for IMG Studios and clients thereof
* Recommend operational improvements to the Live Operations department
* Recommend potential technical strategies for the Live Operations department
