ITV Studios Potato are looking for an Experienced Production Co-ordinator to join the production team for Autopsy / Breaking The Band / 2 x Biopics for an International Broadcaster. The role will be on the Drama Recon Team.
You MUST have experience working on location and have at least 2/3 years experience as a Coord.The role will involve being on location for one week a month, within the M25 and working in the office in London or remotely depending on government guidance.
The coordinators are responsible for creating drama call sheets and movement orders, arranging locations agreements, POs and payments and inputting expenditure into the cost book. During filming, they are on set liaising with the 1st AD, crew, cast and location, with the assistance of our Runner.
Must be available from September to end of Jan 2021, with a view to extend.
The ideal candidate would be highly confident in running a team when on location, experienced in problem solving, working under pressure, stamina, negotiating, dealing with various Heads of Department, pulling together detailed call sheets and movement orders, liaising with H&S, booking travel, crew, organising logistics for shoots, dealing with PO’s and payments. Having a driving licence and experience with filming according to Covid guidelines a bonus.
