Contract Summary

Reporting into the Producer, the Media Coordinator will be managing, distributing and archiving all of Branded Content’s media

Key Accountabilities

  • Management, distribution and storage of all Branded Content media
  • Liaison with all production teams, ensuring storage limitations aren’t exceeded
  • Media deletions and managing the workspaces.
  • Assisting production teams with media management queries and being the first port of call for any media management troubleshooting required
  • Project Parking, allowing production teams to return to projects at a later date
  • Delivering content to clients
  • Ingesting and encoding footage from a variety of formats
  • Liaising with the IMG Media Services Area (MSA) team for any additional ingesting required
  • Comping material to be logged and archived
  • Sending footage into long-term storage (Vizone) and deleting superfluous material
  • Ensure all Branded Content media is correctly stored with valid metadata / title naming convention
  • Assisting with picture research on VizOne and other archive sources
  • Adapting to use of new systems and technology where appropriate
  • May be required to assist on other projects within the wider Magazines & Digital department
