Line Producer

 

We are seeking an experienced Line Producer with a minimum of 5-years’ experience working on extreme condition shows for international broadcasters.

Candidates should have minimum 7  years’ experience in large logistically complex overseas shoots, ideally in remote hostile environments, on-ground experience shooting in China a big advantage

Immediate start, filming is scheduled to end mid November

Few days prep in Singapore, majority of time spent on production in China

6 Eps filmed in 2 week blocks, (Each Ep approximately: Travel 5 days, Prep 5 days, Shoot 6 Days), some down time in between blocks but pretty full on for 4 months straight.

Your day to day duties will involve, but are not limited to, ensuring production timelines are met, negotiating costs of equipment and rates of pay for freelance staff and making sure that all insurance, visa regulations, health and safety, employment rules and laws are followed.

 

It is essential that you have experience in working in in-hospitable locations and ideally have an “Hostile Environment Training Certificate”.

 

The health and safety of the crews and contributors is of paramount importance so you should have extensive experience in Risk Assessment and management and have worked alongside international health and safety advisors.

 

To be successful, you must be detail oriented, diligent, and hardworking.  As a strong communicator, you should work well individually or as a part of the team.  You should possess strong problem solving skills which will help you to thrive under pressure.  You also must have strong organizational and time management skills.  Knowledge of budgeting is a definite plus.

 

This role require a minimum of five years of experience in the industry.
