Job Title: Junior / Mid-Level Content Creator

The role will give the applicant the opportunity to create video content in the world of sport sponsorship, automotive and entertainment. You’ll be working with the likes of Aston Martin, Red Bull Racing, Manchester United and Liverpool FC amongst many others.

This is a unique opportunity to join a high paced, growing department within an already established WPP agency creating content seen globally across multiple social platforms.

The role is roughly a 20/80 split between shooting and editing content. The ideal candidate will have experience of filming and editing sports, preferably football and motorsport.

This role will also give the applicant the potential opportunity to travel in the UK and abroad, shooting and/or editing on location.


You will be a self-shooter with experience using a Canon 5D/C300/FS7 or similar as well as capturing social content on a mobile phone. You’ll have a natural feel for narrative while also displaying the ability to work with or without a director in making creative decisions on the shoot in hand.


You’ll have familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro and After Effects (any animation, motion graphics knowledge is a plus).

As well as delivering quality work for clients you’ll also work on in-house showreels and bespoke edits for pitches.

You’ll need to have a clear understanding of video formats, codecs and compression techniques.

Responsibilities Overview

  • Shooting and editing engaging creative content including promos and short form videos for online.
  • Creation of showreels and pitch films.
  • On set self-shooting content capture with and without a director present.

Key Skills

  • Strong Adobe Premiere Pro experience and video editing skills.
  • Strong self-shooting experience operating a Canon 5D/C300/Sony FS Range (or similar).
  • Understanding of sound and lighting Equipment and the overall production process.
  • Understanding of the video ecosytem, distribution, competition and trends.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high stress situations.
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
  • A problem solver who can troubleshoot technical and editorial issues.
  • Take ownership of assignments and commit to seeing projects through in a timely manner.
  • Strong shoot and editing organisational skills.
  • Great communication skills – both written and verbal.

Desirable Skills

  • Motion graphics design using After Effects and/or Motion.
  • Adobe Photoshop.


Full time.

 9:00-5:30 but additional hours/ weekend work may be required
