Client Relationship Assistant
The Pro Motion Hire desk is responsible for all equipment hire enquiries and bookings. We are now looking for a Client Relationship Assistant to support our Client Relationship Manager.


Supporting the Client Relationship manager (CRM) in all areas as required
Managing and/or being aware of the CRM’s diary and appointments
Attending Client meetings with the CRM when necessary
Working with the Bookings Manager to convert quotations to projects
Dealing with all general client equipment hire booking requests
Supporting senior members of the Bookings team when required
Responding to any client problems or queries efficiently
Working alongside our Operations Manager and warehouse team to ensure prompt & correct delivery of all kit.
Building up good relationships with other cross hire companies.
Various administrative duties including setting up new client accounts and planning for upcoming projects.
Required Skills:
PA experience or equivalent support of senior members of staff.
Exceptional levels of customer service.
Excellent phone manner and comfortable dealing with a high volume of phone calls every day.
Good knowledge of Broadcast & Film equipment.
Very good computer skills – previous use of rental software is an advantage.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and calmly in a busy environment.
Relevant industry experience preferable but not essential.

Salary dependent on experience
