Job Advert: Post-Production Coordinator

We now have an opportunity for a talented Post-Production Coordinator to join our team in London.

 

The ideal candidate will be available to start immediately for a 6-week period.

 

This role requires at least 2+ years experience in the industry as a PC with a proven and solid post-production background. You must be an excellent communicator with strong co-ordinating and organising skills to ensure that productions run smoothly.

Responsibilities: – You will be supporting the production team with the simultaneous delivery of a series of films for a conservation charity. This will involve working with the Producer and Post-Production team to organise the post-production process including; editing, grade and sound. You will then coordinate the re-formatting of the hero content into various social media formats and cinema deliverables.

 

  • Sourcing and booking relevant post-production resources
  • Supporting the Production Team with client comms 
  • Updating working budgets 
  • Making day-to-day production decisions, supporting producers and ensuring the smooth running of post-production projects and deliverables.

  • Confident in managing multiple projects / deliverables simultaneously 
  • Excellent people skills with strong written and verbal communication
  • Highly self-motivated and resourceful
  • Hard working, with superb planning, organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communicator
  • Detail oriented
  • Flexible and organised
  • Ability to proactively identify, prioritise and manage important issues
  • Appreciation of commercial, brand and documentary film production
  • Experienced working in a busy team environment
  • Able to act calmly under pressure for the good of the team
  • Mac savvy and confident using excel & word
  • Knowledge of budget management/scheduling software (ideally Farmers Wife) is desirable but not essential
  • Knowledge of Cinema CAA approval & BBFC certification would be desirable
