VividEcho is a video production and training company.

We have trained over 3,000 people in video production in various settings including the workplace, schools and youth and community centres. Our corporate video clients include the BBC, The British Heart Foundation, Hines PLC, Balance Me and the British Film Institute. We are 5 years old and are a small team. We are looking for a skilled production assistant to work on a short-term BBC Bitesize project. This will involve supporting the producer and researcher in all administrative functions of the project.

Job Description:

Supporting the Producer in all administrative duties

Supporting the Producer in writing risk assessments

Booking calls and kit

Responding to emails

Booking contributors

Creating and updating a database of contacts

Assisting the Producer in writing basic dream sequences
