ITV Studios Daytime creates over six and a half hours of live TV every day with programmes on air from 6am to 6pm, there is a constant buzz.
The ITV Studios Daytime slate is filled with Good Morning Britain, Lorraine, This Morning and Loose Women. The Daytime market is highly competitive and vitally important for both ITV Studios and our network. Most of these programmes run 52 weeks a year and are critical to our share of viewing. Daytime hands the ratings baton over to peak.
It’s an exciting time to be part of our team with all of our big brand programmes having been refreshed with a modern on screen look as well as high editorial aspiration. We bring our viewers the latest breaking news, biggest entertainment stories and exclusives and we have a lot of fun along the way.
The Autocue team are responsible for providing seamless, accurate time scroll prompting to presenters across ITV’s live daytime programming. You will possess a real eye for accuracy and be able to diligently input and proofread all scripts before transmission, flagging and removing any mistakes. You must be able to adapt to the various presentation styles and reflect that accordingly within the pace of the autocue.
The successful candidate will possess experience and extensive usage of computer operations, word processing software and teleprompter programmes. You will also be able to work calmly under pressure whilst recognising how to prioritise.
