The role will involve ensuring vendor invoices are coded and authorised for payment; liaising with Accounts Payable on all payable issues; managing and reconciling the production floats and ensuring proper controls are maintained over cash advances; managing and reconciling expenditure incurred on the production credit cards; raising Client invoices and, ensuring that all the production costs are recharged to the relevant projects monthly on SAP and in Excel. The successful candidate will also assist the Production Managers with any financial ad-hoc queries and budget analysis. In addition, the Finance Assistant will be responsible for dealing with T&E expenses for all relevant staff using the SAP system.
