We are currently looking for a Production Manager to work across a number of productions. You must be a fluent writer and speaker of English. You must have excellent organisational and communication skills, the ability to run a production team, and to multi task. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in similar programming would be extremely beneficial. Football knowledge and/or additional language skill is also an advantage. Daily duties will include:

 

  • Financing (processing payments, cost allocations, expenses, shoot budgets)
  • Responsible for preparing, managing and monitoring production budgets, and for forecasting and reporting progress; and identifying and mitigating any risks.
  • Cost reporting to management team
  • Hiring freelance crew
  • Commissioning local crews for shoots in the UK and abroad
  • Approve & Manage holidays and staff
  • Arrange necessary permissions, carnets and risk assessments
  • Clearing third party material
  • Liaising with post booking’s team daily
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft package

 

  • You must have strong organisational and prioritisation skills and have the ability to plan and manage your own workload independently
  • You must have an eye for detail and able to work on various tasks simultaneously
  • You will need to be able to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a can-do attitude
